Section 11
Formation of Implementation Committee
(1) An International Financial Transaction Implementation Committee shall be constituted with the following members to grant licenses to international financial institutions to conduct international financial transactions and to manage the financial transactions conducted by such institutions:-
< (a) Governor, Nepal Rashtra Bank – Chairman (b) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member< /div>
(d) One person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the chartered accountants - member
(e) One person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the economists - member
(2) Implementation Committee Domestic or foreign experts or consultants involved in international financial transactions may be invited to participate in the meeting of the implementation committee as observers.
(4) An authorized employee of the bank appointed by the implementation committee with the consent of Nepal Rastra Bank will work as the secretary of the implementation committee.
(5) The office of the implementation committee will be in Nepal Rastra Bank.
(6) The meeting procedures of the implementation committee shall be as prescribed.
